Prepare yourself with the best Camping and outdoor supplies
A couple of weekends ago I went camping along the Oregon coast. The camp ground is called bar view and it is located just outside of Garibaldi and before you drive to Rockaway. My friend has a camping that is on the back of his dodge pickup truck, but is soon to buy a 27 foot motor home. I on the hand only have a tent and bought an air mattress my 2nd night in. I didn’t realize how nice it is to sleep in a bed. Sleeping directly on the ground even if you are in a tent is horrible. I kept tossing and turning and was on the brink of just sleeping in my car. I have done this many times in a casino parking lot, but that is a completely different story. So, I brought a Coleman two person tent, and it was very small. My air mattress fit perfectly in my tent with no room to spare. As if it was made for the tent. Amazing how it worked. I always have a couple of good camping chairs. One is an eddy Bauer chair and the other is a MAC which I prefer. When you do go camping always remember to bring sun block. I checked the date on my and it was from 2002 and I think could be the reason I got a mild burn. I used the spray on sun screen, but I think the rub on works better from my experience. Having a propane cooking stove is always a plus and I liked having one at our camp site. I’m not a big fan of eggs, however I love bacon.
Before you go camping I recommend making a list so that you do not forget anything. Most people will go down the road and be thinking I most of forgot something. Well, summer is here so go out and enjoy yourself camping. After all it cost much less than renting a hotel.
